Facility Management
The daily management of the marina complex is carried out by our
resident manager through regular reporting to the board of
directors who establish the policies of the Marina Trust on behalf
of the trust members.
Our facility management effectively covers the orderly operation
of marina safety, marina maintenance & site
security together with assisting houseboat owners on
such items as gas cylinder replacement and work barge
availability.
Wherever possible emergency assistance will be provided to
members in the case of vessel breakdown within radio range of the
marina.
Marina management arranges for the correct rubbish disposal
facilities to be available to protect the ecology of the area and
relies on members to be responsible in the maintenance of the
environment.
