Darlingford is unlike any other Marina on Lake Eildon. Why?
Because you can choose to own part of the facility and be a
welcomed participant in the future development of the marina
complex.
Should you decide to purchase a pen as they become available,
the purchase price is adjusted by the board so that the trust units
reflect the asset value of the marina complex. To purchase a
permanent mooring pen (via unit trust units) contact a member of
the board of directors for availability and cost.
Alternatively, some pens are available on a lease basis.
Enquiries on the current lease arrangements should be directed to
the Facility Manager at the Marina.
Whether you choose to purchase or lease any facility this will
require board approval prior to the granting of membership to
Darlingford Waters Marina. A membership form can be obtained by
contacting our office or email address. A membership fee is levied
on each houseboat to support the social activities organised by the
club. Social club membership is a mandatory condition on boat
owners joining the marina.
Please also note that any houseboat or recreational vessel
moored or stored within the complex must carry an all risks
insurance cover prior to being granted access.
